Learn how to use YOUR sewing machine!
This class will focus on the basics of individual sewing machines, and it’s the perfect time to get help from an expert! Students will need to bring a working machine with a bobbin and needle – we’ll provide the rest. The class will include:
- Parts of the Sewing Machine – levers, bobbins, foot pedal, needles, etc.
- Bobbin Basics – how to load and troubleshoot the bobbin
- Fabric, Pins, and Finger Placement – safely get started sewing
- Stitching Basics – simple stitches and backstitching, too
If you have a project you want to start or one you’re struggling with, feel free to bring it and Kris – our expert instructor – will help!
