Forge The Future

Forge The Future is a program for adults interested in pursuing a career in the construction industry. Plumbers, electricians, welders, heavy equipment operators, carpenters, masons, and other skilled workers are in high demand, but many job seekers lack the skills required to be successful in those positions. To meet this need, Triumph Workshop’s leadership team worked closely with top construction companies to develop Forge The Future as an affordable workforce development program that is changing lives.

Forge The Future is a 3-week program with 90+ hours of coursework, including hands-on learning, shop projects, field trips, and guest speakers. Upon graduation, participants receive an OSHA 10 card and up to $400 in tools and equipment, including work boots. With a network of highly regarded construction and building trades companies, Forge The Future graduates can begin their new career immediately upon completion of the program.

Forge The Future sessions are held quarterly, admission is granted year-round, the $200 program fee can be paid over time, and income replacement grants are available to those who qualify. Participants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the USA.
