In this two part class, students will learn the basics of creating segmented turnings on the lathe.  In Part A, the instructor will cover the basic math involved in designing a project, how to setup the table saw and cut all of the pieces, and how to glue up the individual rings.  In Part B, students will turn the glued up bowls on the lathe and walk away with an amazing keepsake or gift.
