Learn the basics of designing in SketchUp – an intuitive and simple to use 3D design program. Sketchup does many things well, from quick concept sketches to full product and architectural design. SketchUp‘s free version even allows users to export STL files for 3D printing.
In this class, students will learn:
- about the SketchUp interface and toolbars
- how to use SketchUp‘s basic drawing tools
- how to manipulate the drawings into 3D objects
- how to export the objects for 3D printing

Prerequisite: None, but must have basic computer skills
Class may be cancelled/rescheduled if minimum class size is not met 3 days prior.
