Welding & Metalshop Intro – Firepits

This class will teach aspiring welders how to safely use tools in the metalshop, including welders, a cutoff saw, the Ironworker, angle grinders, bench grinders, and maybe even a plasma cutter if time allows. Students will begin with an introduction and will end the class with vast knowledge, plus a firepit that is ready to take home and use. No previous experience is required to take this class.

Ages: 16+
Attire: Long-sleeved shirts, long pants, close-toed shoes (all natural materials if possible, like cotton, leather, etc).
Time: From 10am to 5pm, with an hour break for lunch
Class may be cancelled/rescheduled if minimum class size is not met 3 days prior.
