Glass Cutting, Fusing, & Slumping

Learn the basics of glass cutting, design, and the science of fusing and slumping in this 3 hour class. Students will cut glass in simple shapes with hand held glass cutting tools, then design both a 6 and a 3 inch square plate to be fused then slumped.

Color theory and design ideas will give infinite ideas of what can be created! Students will learn glass basics from what a COE is all the way to understanding the different types of fusing and slumping. Finished pieces can be picked-up one week from the class.
