Once approved, submit this form and you'll be contacted to finalize details and date(s) for the class. Notes: A separate form should be completed for each class you'd like to teach. If you'd like to teach a series of classes, submit this form once, making a note in the last section regarding how you'd like to space out the different classes. The class description may be edited to adhere to branding guidelines and promotion policies of The Workshop.
