Forge The Future is a pre-apprenticeship. That means the program ends with a participant ready to enter a first job or a registered apprenticeship — not with a journeyman credential and not with a guaranteed placement. The value is in the head start: graduates walk into interviews with shop hours, a safety certification, and a track record of showing up.
Individual results vary. Triumph Workshop does not guarantee placement or earnings; participants are responsible for their own job search and career decisions after the program.
What graduates walk away with
Graduates who secure a job may receive up to $400 in tools and equipment. With Triumph Workshop's network of highly regarded professionals, Forge The Future graduates can begin their new career immediately upon completion of the program. Building-trades participants earn their OSHA 10 card and OSHA fall protection certificate; all participants are taught to safely operate a forklift with the opportunity to gain a Class 1-7 Forklift Certification.
