3D Printing
The Innovation Lab has three Bambu Lab X1 printers, plus resin printing, turning your digital models into physical parts. Anyone can learn to print here: take the Bambu 3D Printing class first, and members have 24-hour access to the lab using their unique building access code.

FDM Printing
Fused-deposition printers build parts by melting and layering plastic filament. They are the workhorses of the lab: fast, forgiving, and ideal for functional parts, prototypes, jigs, and enclosures.
Resin Printing
For miniatures, jewelry masters, and high-detail work, resin printing cures liquid photopolymer layer by layer for crisp surfaces and fine features that FDM cannot match. Resin work involves wash-and-cure post-processing and careful handling, all of which is covered in training.

3D Printing FAQ
What 3D printers does Triumph Workshop have?
The Innovation Lab has three Bambu Lab X1 printers plus resin printing. Make sure that when you reference the Bambu documentation you are looking at the information for the X1.
Do I need training to use the 3D printers?
Yes. Take the Bambu 3D Printing intro class before printing. It covers Bambu Studio slicing, loading approved filament, and safe operation. The class is open to members and the public.
What materials can I print?
Our Bambu printers are optimized to print Hatchbox and Bambu filaments. Do not attempt to print TPU filament, any damp filament, or filament on cardboard spools, and please do not change filaments without discussing it with Workshop staff.
Do I need a membership to use the 3D printers?
A membership is required to use the printers on your own. The intro class is open to the public, and members get 20% off all classes.
