Metalshop
Whether you are new to welding or already have experience, Triumph Workshop can take you to the next level. The metalshop features a CNC plasma table, multi-process welders, a cut-off saw, bandsaws, a drill press, a 55-ton ironworker, and more — any metal fabrication project can be completed with ease in the organized, climate-controlled shop. Members have 24-hour access using their unique building access code.
Weld, Fabricate, Forge
The metalshop is set up so any fabrication project can be completed start to finish. Cut steel on the CNC plasma table, the handheld plasma torch, or the cut-off saw, join it with multi-process Miller welders or an oxy-acetylene outfit, and punch and notch on the 55-ton ironworker. A box and pan brake, shear, and slip roll are used for sheet metal work.
Machining can be done with the knee mill, CNC mill, and metal lathe, and blacksmiths will appreciate the induction forge, anvils, and swage block. This is by no means a complete list of all the metalshop has to offer — prospective members will have to see it in person. New to the torch? Start with a welding class.
